Alex Hancook is the Founder and Creative Director of Digital Nomad Video, a creative media company built on the freedom of storytelling anywhere in the world.

With over 20 years of experience — from developing innovative media solutions for universities like the University of Michigan and Oakland University to producing brand campaigns, documentaries, and digital series across the globe — Alex combines cinematic craft with real-world marketing impact.

A lifelong rollerblader, inventor, and storyteller, Alex is driven by the thrill of the chase.  Whether he’s skating alongside world-class triathletes to capture the perfect race moment or designing new ways for skaters to move through the world, his work is fueled by curiosity and motion. As the inventor of the Gemini Skate Frame, Alex continues to push creative and technical boundaries alike.

Web Developer

Trevor Vasher is a Web Developer and Creative Strategist based in Detroit, MI, with over a decade of experience building websites, web applications, and custom solutions.

He’s partnered with entrepreneurs, artists, law firms, medical practices, retailers, and IT firms—crafting digital solutions that are as functional as they are beautifully built.

Outside of coding, Trevor fuels his creativity through music and motion.  As a DJ, multi-instrumentalist, and rock band member, he brings a musician’s ear for rhythm and flow into his development process. When he’s not behind a screen or mixing tracks, you can often find him cruising on his rollerblades at the Lexus Velodrome, along the waterfront, or downtown Detroit — chasing that same balance of precision and freedom that defines his work.

Project Manager & Social Media Specialist

Jhalz Anadon is a Project Manager and Social Media Specialist at Digital Nomad Video, bringing creativity, organization, and heart to every project she touches.

She helps keep productions on track and campaigns on message — bridging the gap between the creative vision and the final delivery. With an eye for detail and a passion for meaningful storytelling, Jhalz ensures every collaboration feels both purposeful and personal.

Jhalz is a woman of faith—passionate about church ministry and guided by her God-fearing values. She loves spending time at home and living a simple, meaningful life.  Jhalz approaches it all with enthusiasm, empathy, and genuine connection.

Video Editor & Animator

Jerome Caoile is the rhythm behind the visuals at Digital Nomad Video — a master of pacing, timing, and emotional flow both on the editing timeline and behind the drum kit.

As the team’s Rockstar Video Editor, Jerome brings a musician’s precision to storytelling.  His background as a passionate drummer gives him a unique sense of rhythm and tempo, allowing him to sync visuals and sound into a seamless, cinematic groove.

Beyond the edit bay, Jerome channels that same passion into mentoring youth at his church, helping guide the next generation through creativity, community, and faith. Whether he’s building a story through footage or creating music – Jerome approaches it all with heart, rhythm, and purpose.

Video Producer & Marketing Specialist

Brad Oz is the Video Producer and Marketing Specialist at Digital Nomad Video, where he blends cinematic storytelling with strategic marketing insight. From short films and branded campaigns to multi-platform content strategies, Brad transforms creative ideas into visual experiences that engage, inspire, and drive real-world results.

Brad is deeply rooted in the rollerblading community. He’s produced seven full-length skate films, organizes All Michigan Sessions events, and helped lead the vision and creation of the Bad Axe Skatepark — a small-town success story born from passion, persistence, and community collaboration. For Brad, skating isn’t just a sport – it’s a creative outlet and a way to build lasting connections.

When he’s not behind a camera or on skates, Brad channels his artistic energy into crafting natural, uncut crystal jewelry, hand-wrapping each stone in sterling silver or gold wire. Every piece reflects his love for raw, organic beauty and the same attention to detail that defines his filmmaking — blending craftsmanship, creativity, and meaning into everything he creates.

Web and Brand Experience Designer

Brian Weis is the behind-the-scenes visual craftsman at Digital Nomad Video, where he transforms story concepts into striking design experiences. With a sharp eye for typography, color, and layout, Brian ensures every visual feels intentional, cohesive, and connected to the brand’s story.

Brian’s creativity is fueled by movement. As a professional skater for Standard Skate Co. traveling the world on wheels, he truly embodies the spirit of a Digital nomad.  Renowned for his innovative, mind-bending tricks that have left a permanent mark on skate culture, Brian continues to influence the modern approach to rollerblading. 

His artistry extends beyond the skate world into photography and fine art, where his work has been featured in galleries in Detroit, Michigan. Whether behind a lens, a sketchpad, or a screen, Brian approaches every project with the same curiosity, balance, and creative precision that define his life in motion.
